Never forget 9.11.01I was in 2nd grade the day the world stopped turning. 2nd grade. I had no idea what had happened. My teacher Mrs. Schwab and the other Elementary teachers were scared and afraid some even crying. That day I had no idea what had happened but I knew something bad happened. It has been 13 years now and I am 20 years old with a 6 month old daughter. I now understand what happened that day. I understand that it was a terrorist attack. That there were 3 planes that had been hijacked. Two hit the towers and brave citizens took back control of the third and it crashed into a field. I am from Texas, which is a long ways away from there but I am an American. I feel pain and hurt for the loved ones that were lost that day. The heroes that stood up and gave their live to help save others. I saw a post on instagram today of a picture that make me stop and smile. It was a picture of the towers and angels flying around them. The angels were there to guild the new angels to Heaven. The 13 year old angels have not been forgotten and never will be. I may not know the names of the ones that were lost but I do think about them. The fathers/husbands that never came home. The Mothers/wives that never came home. The sons, daughters, best friends, neighbors, boyfriends, girlfriends, college roommate, childhood friends that never came home. Then I remember the heroes, the first responders, firefighters, policemen, and brave citizens that helped save people that day.
I remember. I will always remember. God Bless the USA. Hug and Kiss your family and tell them you love them. Take a moment of silent to think about the ones who were lost. XO, Jeannie My first big girl purchase!
These questions have no right or wrong answers. Because sometimes asking the right questions is the answer. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are? I feel like I have an old soul and that I should be older that what I am. I feel about 28 years old. Which is worse, failing or never trying? I think never trying is worse than failing because what if you succeed the first time you try? If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do? This is a tricky one. I feel like people do things they don’t like because someone asked them to do it. Like me, some people are helpers and naturally want to help even if it requires doing something you dislike. As far as not doing the things you like it all comes down to fear of failing. When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done? I personally will do more than speak more. I have a voice put I like to get things done rather than debate over it forever. What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world? If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich? Helping others. Teacher. Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing? I am doing what I believe in. I believe education is key to life and the ability to grow as a population. If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently? I would travel the world and see has much as I could. I would have many children to enjoy their lives. To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken? I have controlled most of my life o be honest. I have strived to be different than my mother and father. I have strived to be a nice person. I have controlled having a daughter. I have controlled outcomes of bad relationships. Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things? I am a perfectionist and doing things right is a big thing for me, but I would rather do the right things wrong than do the wrong things right. You’re having lunch with three people you respect and admire. They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend. The criticism is distasteful and unjustified. What do you do? Sit back and listen. Let them get out all of their nasty comments and then when the least expect tell them that is my friend and stand up for them. Leave the table and probably would not admire them anymore. If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be? Would you break the law to save a loved one? Have you ever seen insanity where you later saw creativity? Yes, I think that painting goes along the lines of this. Looking at a painting that looks crazy and out of place at first but stepping back and realizing it is beautiful. What’s something you know you do differently than most people? I do everything different than most people because I am my own person. I may do things similar to others, but never the same. How come the things that make you happy don’t make everyone happy? Because those people have not lived my life. They haven’t experienced the pain I have felt or the trials and struggles I face to understand why something makes me happy. What one thing have you not done that you really want to do? What’s holding you back? Go to Australia. Financial ability. Are you holding onto something you need to let go of? If you had to move to a state or country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why? Alabama. It is beautiful there. Do you push the elevator button more than once? Do you really believe it makes the elevator faster? No I just wait for the doors to open lol. Would you rather be a worried genius or a joyful simpleton? Joyful simpleton. Why are you, you? Because I am Jeannie. I am like no other person on this planet. I am unique. I broke the mold when God built me. Have you been the kind of friend you want as a friend? Which is worse, when a good friend moves away, or losing touch with a good friend who lives right near you? Losing touch with a close friend. What are you most grateful for? That God blessed me with family, my daughter, and Davey. Would you rather lose all of your old memories, or never be able to make new ones? I refuse to answer this question. Too much has happened in my short 20 years to forget and too much is still to come. Is is possible to know the truth without challenging it first? No, you only know 100% the truth with you yourself test it. Has your greatest fear ever come true? Not yet. Do you remember that time 5 years ago when you were extremely upset? Does it really matter now? I remember a boy I dated for 2 months cheated on me and I found out from a girl I went to school with. It does no matter now and it shouldn’t of matter then. I was 15. Now being 20 he still tries to get back with me. That will never happen. What is your happiest childhood memory? What makes it so special? Ag Trips, I got to do something I loved with great people. At what time in your recent past have you felt most passionate and alive? March 6, 2014 11:59pm. I gave birth to my daughter. If not now, then when? Yesterday. If you haven’t achieved it yet, what do you have to lose? Have you ever been with someone, said nothing, and walked away feeling like you just had the best conversation ever? Why do religions that support love cause so many wars? Is it possible to know, without a doubt, what is good and what is evil? If you just won a million dollars, would you quit your job? Would you rather have less work to do, or more work you actually enjoy doing? Do you feel like you’ve lived this day a hundred times before? When was the last time you marched into the dark with only the soft glow of an idea you strongly believed in? If you knew that everyone you know was going to die tomorrow, who would you visit today? Would you be willing to reduce your life expectancy by 10 years to become extremely attractive or famous? What is the difference between being alive and truly living? When is it time to stop calculating risk and rewards, and just go ahead and do what you know is right? If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a mistake? What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you? When was the last time you noticed the sound of your own breathing? What do you love? Have any of your recent actions openly expressed this love? In 5 years from now, will you remember what you did yesterday? What about the day before that? Or the day before that? Decisions are being made right now. The question is: Are you making them for yourself, or are you letting others make them for you? Making them myself. This was pretty fun and eye opening. You should give it a try!

Jeannie CHeap outfit =happy mommaI was channeling my inner Taylor Swift for this outfit.
My blue jean jacket is from the brand MUDD and I got it from Kohl's. My shoes are from Target. $13.99 My amazing necklace is from WAL-MART. $10.00 &&& My dress came from Rainbow. my fight to beat my Momma marks, tiger stipes, stretch marks!Ever since the first stretch popped up when I was 36 weeks pregnant I have been hoping and praying for something to use to get rid of my Momma marks. I came across IT Works stretch make cream through a friend who is selling it. Her site is mikaylahensley.myitworks.com She is a soon to be Momma and would love some more money to spoil that precious baby boy she has on the way. She sells all the other IT Works products as well. I ordered the stretch mark cream which was $65.00. It came in the mail only after 3 business days even though i got the cheapest shipping package that says it would be 7-14 business days. It is a 6 once tube of product an in my opinion is quite a bit of product. For some odd reason I thought it was going to be a small bottle of stuff but honestly it it a great size. You are supposed to apply the cream to your desired area twice a day and massage it in. I decided the best way to see if it works is to take before and after pictures. Here are the before and the after should come within the next month or so. I am praying that this stuff really works. I got my fingers crossed! XOXO, Jeannie |
